Job Title: Temporary Box Feeder – Production Support (Short-Term Project) Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour We are seeking reliable support for a short-term but critical production project at our Olathe facility. This role involves feeding pre-formed boxes into a machine that packages finished product while our automated system undergoes repairs. Consistent coverage is essential, and we are looking for dependable individuals who can start immediately and maintain operations around the clock. Job Summary This temporary assignment involves manually feeding 12-pack and 24-pack boxes into a boxing machine. While not overly complex, the position is physical in nature due to handling stacked boxes with weight. No lifting above approximately 50 lbs is anticipated. We require one worker onsite at all times, beginning December 8th at 5:00 PM through approximately December 17th, 2025. Multiple workers may be scheduled to cover the full 24-hour cycle, and a backup worker is recommended to ensure uninterrupted coverage. Location:Olathe, KS 1st Shift: 6am-2pm Mon.-Thurs. Responsibilities • Feed stacked boxes (12-pack and 24-pack sizes) into the production machine continuously.

• Maintain a steady workflow to support uninterrupted boxing operations.

• Ensure proper placement of boxes to avoid jams or mechanical issues.

• Communicate immediately with onsite supervisors regarding any concerns, jams, or delays.

• Adhere to all onsite safety policies and PPE requirements.

Requirements • Ability to perform consistent physical work and handle moderately weighted box stacks (under approx. 50 lbs).

• Reliable attendance is essential—this is a critical operational role.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Previous production, warehouse, or machine-support experience is helpful but not required.
