Direct Hire Opportunity! Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (end times are based on project) Pay: up to $40.00/HR Duties: • Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards

• Complete both interior and exterior trim work with precision and attention to detail

• Load materials, prepare job sites, and ensure all pre‑installation steps are completed

• Break down, clean, and restore worksite areas to a safe and orderly condition

• Maintain strong customer relations and deliver a high level of service on every project

• Follow installation methods and direction provided by the lead installer

• Clean, organize, and restock trucks and tools daily

• Complete assigned work within the allotted time while maintaining quality craftsmanship

• Assist fellow employees and support customers when needed

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and office staff

• Uphold a “craftsman mentality,” prioritizing quality work over quantity

Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in window and door installation or related carpentry/construction work

• Strong understanding of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment

• Professional, motivated, and reliable individual who takes pride in their work

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to a second story

• Ability to work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
