Job Description
Hot Header Needed Now! Pay Rate $17.50-$18.00/hr 1st shift in Lancaster, CA • Hot Heading Operations: • Set up and operate hot heading machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. • Perform adjustments and troubleshoot issues as they arise during production. • Heat Treat Processes: • Operate heat treating equipment to heat-treat metal parts to specified temperatures and durations. • Monitor and control heating and cooling processes to achieve desired material properties. • Conduct inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications after heat treatment. • Machine Maintenance: • Perform routine maintenance on hot heading machines, heat treating equipment, and other machinery. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
