As our Electro-Mechanical Field Technician, you’ll be the go-to problem solver who keeps vending and office coffee equipment running smoothly across Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. You’ll travel in a company vehicle, meet great customers, and use your hands-on skills to diagnose, repair, and install equipment that people rely on every day. A day in the life

You start your morning by reviewing service calls and checking that your van is stocked with parts. Your first stop is a busy office where a coffee brewer needs attention. You greet the client with a professional, friendly demeanor, identify the issue, install a replacement component, clean and fine-tune the unit, and confirm everything is working perfectly. You document your work, head to the next account to restore a vending machine to service, and keep moving—each fix keeping customers happy and operations flowing. What you’ll do • Install, repair, and maintain vending and office coffee equipment to ensure continuous operation. • Travel to various accounts and locations throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas in a company vehicle. • Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning equipment on-site; when needed, swap failed units, perform cleaning, and make minor adjustments. • Transport equipment and install replacement parts using standard tools and specialty vending equipment. • Accurately record service actions and maintain thorough documentation. • Organize, maintain, and restock an adequate inventory of repair parts and supplies. • Present a professional appearance and provide courteous, customer-focused service.
