Express is currently hiring for dependable and detail-oriented Packaging/Fabricators to join a growing production team in the Victor area. In this role, you will perform a variety of manufacturing and packaging operations while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform simple one- and two-step production operations, including assembling, inserting, sealing, measuring, cutting, and packaging products.

• Complete multi-step fabrication and packaging processes according to work instructions and specifications.

• Measure and cut materials to required lengths and dimensions.

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the production process.

• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or packaging experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
