This full-time position is with a fast-growing staffing and recruiting agency based in Minneapolis, MN. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively source, screen, and attract skilled trades and light industrial candidates using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), and candidate referrals.

• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess fit and qualifications.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from candidate outreach to job placement and offer negotiation.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and job orders using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.

• Ensure compliance with hiring standards, policies, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service roles.

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and ability to learn internal systems such as CRM and ATS tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Skilled at managing multiple open positions and prioritizing tasks in a high-volume setting.
