Position Overview

As a CNC Operator, you will set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines (mills, routers, etc.)

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy

• Make basic adjustments as needed to maintain production standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• CNC experience preferred (entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude considered)

• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay & Details

• $18–$20/hour depending on experience

• Overtime opportunities may be available
