A Wentzville area company is looking for general laborers to work on their production team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the assembly and production of our vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch products.

Responsibilities: • Perform assembly line tasks, including but not limited to, installing parts, attaching components, and conducting quality checks. • Operate machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process. • Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met. • Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. • Basic understanding of automotive assembly processes. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
