Job Title: Trailer Staff Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Location: On-site (outdoor work) Schedule: Day shift to start; future transition to 24/7 shift coverage Position Overview We are hiring Trailer Staff to support daily operations by inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining trailers used to transport fruit in and out of our facility. This role is primarily outdoors and requires frequent communication with truck drivers, accurate tracking of trailer activity, and hands-on physical work.
