Our client located in Carpentersville, IL is looking for a Material Handler. In this position, you will supply materials to production areas, verify component accuracy, and operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm Pay: 18/hr

In this position, you will:

• Supply and verify component parts for all work areas, ensuring accuracy against part descriptions and bills of material • Distribute materials to machine workstations and keep components queued for upcoming work orders • Maintain inventory flow by changing out parts, returning leftovers to stock, and making adjustments when needed • Operate material-handling equipment safely, restock machines for the next shift, and perform daily 5S cleanup

Requirements: • 3 years of Material Handler experience within a manufacturing facility • Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required • Ability to read and comprehend English, including order part descriptions and bills of material • Ability to add and subtract accurately

Physical Requirements: • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
