Our client located in Carpentersville, IL is looking for Production / Packaging Operators to support peak production. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and room for growth. Start your new career today!

Pay: $15/hour

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday–Friday

In This Position, You Will:

• Work from shop orders, bills of materials, and routing instructions to identify correct packaging materials and methods.

• Prepare inventory labels, insert fillers and dividers into cartons, and visually inspect parts for damage or defects.

• Create pallets from scratch by attaching boxes to skids using a nail gun and loading finished products.

• Receive finished goods into inventory using scanners, issue material to close out shop orders, operate assembly equipment as needed, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements:

• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).

• Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions (bilingual preferred).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to safely use a nail gun.
