Job Title: General Laborer MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE Industry: Construction / Underground Utilities / Directional Drilling

Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to support directional boring and underground utility construction crews. This position involves assisting with the installation of underground conduit, fiber, water lines, gas lines, and other utility systems while working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.

Candidates must be safety-focused, reliable, and willing to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities • Assist directional drill operators and crew members on job sites • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment • Dig trenches and potholes using hand tools and equipment • Help locate and expose underground utilities safely • Pull conduit, pipe, cable, and other underground materials • Perform site cleanup and maintain organized work areas • Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures • Set up traffic control and jobsite safety barriers when needed • Operate basic construction tools and equipment • Assist with restoration and cleanup after projects are completed

Requirements • Previous construction or general labor experience preferred • Experience in underground utilities, directional drilling, or pipeline work is a plus • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly • Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions • Must be dependable with strong attendance • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed • Valid driver’s license preferred • Must follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Preferred Skills • Experience with shoveling, trenching, and utility locating • Familiarity with construction equipment and power tools
