About the Role

We are hiring Embroidery Technicians to join a busy garment printing and embroidery production shop.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment — ideal for someone who likes to stay busy, work with their hands, and be part of a production team.

What You’ll Be Doing -Operating embroidery machines and assisting with production runs -Loading garments and monitoring stitching quality -Basic machine setup and thread changes -Inspecting finished products for quality control -Assisting with general shop tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic — someone who shows up ready to work Good attention to detail (quality matters in this role) Comfortable working in a production / warehouse-type environment Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly Sewing machine experience is a PLUS (not required)

Requirements -Must be reliable and on time (this is critical) -Ability to stand for long periods -Able to use hands consistently (fine motor skills) -Prior production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

Not a Fit If: -You struggle with attendance or punctuality -You’re looking for slow-paced or low-effort work -You have difficulty following instructions or maintaining consistency
