What your future day will look like:

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors, internal teams, and residents to implement new programs and ensure high-quality service delivery. • Act as a liaison to resolve issues and maintain strong community relationships. • Conduct regular site inspections, manage violations, and oversee architectural control applications. • Oversee vendor relationships by soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all agreements are current and fulfilled. • Develop and monitor budgets, control expenses, manage collections, and oversee financial reporting. Coordinate with legal counsel on delinquent accounts and lien procedures. • Prepare board meeting materials, attend meetings, and maintain communication channels including newsletters, websites, and welcome packages for new residents. • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and presentations, and track potential liabilities, ensuring timely communication with leadership.
