Job Description

Recruiting responsibilities: • Assist the Director of Sales and Recruiting in hiring the temporary and direct hire workforce. • Work closely with sales to market candidates and direct type(s) of candidates to aid the sales process. • Continuously monitor recruiting resources. • Market applicants through internet recruiting. • Post jobs on various job boards, local colleges, and career centers. • Participate in open houses and job fairs. • Search resumes using a variety of search engines. • Screen, submit, and arrange candidate interviews. • Check references and verify employee eligibility as needed. • Advise temporary employees on job performance. • Track and submit daily metrics. • Maintain familiarity with unemployment claims, E-Verify, and I‑9 compliance. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • At least 2 years recruiting experience. • Excellent customer service skills. • Bilingual in Spanish (a must). • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). • Strong knowledge of recruiting resources. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks. • Ability to multi‑task (a must).
