Job Description
• Start out as cleaners/laborers on 1st shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm) $18, for 2-4 weeks • during this time, we would assess their skills and commitment to the job (aiming for 0 attendance occurrences and ability to follow direction, as well as having some skills)
• If they do well, after 30 days (if not sooner), they can be moved to an entry level position in the foundry or machine shop (CNC or assembly). •
