Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support and maintain endpoint devices while providing high-quality service to internal users. This role focuses on resolving IT support tickets, troubleshooting desktop issues, and maintaining the health and performance of PCs and related applications.
This position requires on-site presence five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve IT tickets and end-user issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, networking, printers, VPN connectivity, and password resets
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and other endpoint devices
• Provide support through phone, email, and in-person requests
• Maintain desktop standard images and ensure devices remain consistent with company standards
• Manage hardware inventory and support contracts
• Research and troubleshoot technical issues to identify solutions
Required Skills and Experience
• At least 2 years of Service Desk or Help Desk experience supporting PCs and applications
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and desktop environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure, or Microsoft Entra ID
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Basic networking knowledge and endpoint device management experience
