About the position

Infinity Staffing Solutions is searching for a Quality Controller on the Southwest side of Indianapolis. This role is for a family-owned, eco-friendly company that strives to inspire healthier communities by connecting qualified people with dependable businesses while maintaining exceptional character and integrity. The position is a TempToFT opportunity, working 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of \$18.

Responsibilities • Conduct daily audits of 3 production lines, verifying that all lines are producing product to the proper specification as detailed on the production run sheet • Monitor and audit quality records that are recorded by the production team members • Ability to effectively work in a multi-lingual environment • Work with employees on the production floor for the majority of the time • Write testing procedures • Continue to develop and train manufacturing employees on the company's real-time quality testing procedures • Investigate and respond to customer complaints and non-conformities • Track and maintain all customer complaints and fill out corrective actions in a very timely fashion • Other duties as assigned

Requirements • Must be a people person, who is comfortable with writing procedures and training production quality positions • Advanced math and computer skills with the ability to convert units of measure • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to follow direction and work with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong organizational skills • Self-driven • Background and drug screen required
