Job Description: A large healthcare system in the Philadelphia area is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join its End User Support team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support across hardware and software environments, including break/fix support, PC imaging, and software deployment initiatives. This position will also support the organization’s Windows 11 migration.
Responsibilities & Qualifications: • Provide desktop support for laptops, PCs, and mobile devices (including iPhone) • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, break/fix, and imaging • Support software deployment and migration projects • Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN network issues • Provide printer support (HP printers) • Deliver remote technical support to end users
Requirements: • 3+ years Desktop Support • Experience with hardware and software for Lenovo PC/Laptop • Strong HP Printers break fix experience (Maintenance Kits, rollers, fuses) • Windows 10, 11 and Office 365 • Strong tier II troubleshooting experience
