About Americas Hospitality Group (AHG)

Americas Hospitality Group provides luxury concierge, valet and resident services staffing for upscale residential high-rises and mixed-use communities across Texas and beyond. We are rapidly growing and expanding into the Austin market.

We are looking for a motivated, polished, and relationship-driven leader to help us build Austin from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with luxury apartment communities, high-rise residential buildings, HOAs, developers, and property management companies

• Prospect through calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person visits

• Meet with property managers and decision-makers to introduce AHG’s concierge and resident service solutions

• Help secure new contracts and grow AHG’s Austin presence

• Transition into overseeing operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality as contracts launch

• Recruit, train, and manage concierge, valet, and resident service teams

• Ensure luxury-level customer service and professionalism across all sites

What We’re Looking For

• Background in hospitality, luxury apartments, property management, leasing, concierge, staffing, operations, customer service, or business development

• Comfortable networking and building relationships with decision-makers

• Self-starter with strong communication and follow-up skills

• Organized, professional, and comfortable working independently

• Prior connections within the Austin luxury residential, hospitality, or property management market is a major plus

• Experience with recruiting, scheduling, or team leadership preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
