We are hiring for a high-quality architectural metal manufacturing shop seeking a dependable and motivated Production Shop Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with metal fabrication experience who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in a professional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Polish and finish architectural metal components

• Safely move and organize sheet metal throughout the shop

• Operate and assist with fabrication machinery and equipment

• Train on cutting equipment and production processes

• Assist with general shop duties to maintain an efficient workflow

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines

Shift:

Monday - Friday

8AM- 5PM

Pay: 18/hr

Qualifications

• Previous metal fabrication experience is required

• Experience operating shop machinery and manufacturing equipment

• Ability to safely lift and move sheet metal materials

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn additional equipment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour

• Full-time, stable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
