CNC Machinist / Setup Machinist Allentown, PA $28.73/hr + Weekly Pay Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Overtime Available | 100% Onsite

We’re hiring for a CNC Machinist / Setup Machinist with a growing, well-established industrial manufacturer in Allentown, PA

This is a great opportunity for someone with machining experience who can handle setups, tight tolerances, blueprint reading, and daily precision work. This is not just a machine operator role.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes / turning centers

• Machine industrial parts to tight tolerances

• Read and work from blueprints and drawings

• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools

• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

• Work independently and keep production moving

• What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of machining experience

• Setup experience on CNC equipment

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to hold tight tolerances

• Blueprint reading skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Stable work history and good work ethic

Pay & Benefits
