Job Title: Roofing Superintendent Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Salary: 65K to 85K depending on experience *

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage roofing projects in the West Palm Beach area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive roofing knowledge, and a proven track record of successfully managing crews and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities from start to completion • Manage and lead roofing crews, subcontractors, and laborers • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local building codes • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans • Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to management and clients • Order and manage materials, equipment, and labor needs • Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on job sites • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and logs Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in roofing or construction • Minimum 10 years of hands-on roofing experience (commercial and/or residential) • Proven management and leadership experience • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Clean background required • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) • Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth • Supportive team environment with long-term stability Work Environment: • Field-based position requiring travel to various job sites in the West Palm Beach area • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a brief summary of their experience and qualifications.
