Job Description Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Specialist to support our construction company. This role involves administrative tasks related to subcontractor management, labor compliance, payroll, and contract administration, with a strong emphasis on public sector projects. Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in office administration within the construction or subcontracting industry. • Familiarity with public sector and labor compliance requirements. • Proficiency in the following tools and platforms: • LCP Tracker (Public Works Labor Compliance) • Procore (Contract Management) • DIR (Dept. of Industrial Relations/Prevailing Wage Administration) • Textura System & Trimble Pay (Subcontractor Billing Processing) • Oracle (General Administrative Use) • ADP (Payroll Processing) • QuickBooks Pro 2017(Basic Knowledge, Not an Accounting Role) • Strong understanding of prevailing wage laws and compliance. • Experience handling insurance requirements, including Named Additional Insured policies. • Knowledge of DAS 140 & 142(Public Works Compliance) and FBS (Fringe Benefit Statement). • Ability to process payroll and manage expense reports. • HR experience as it applies to field workers. • Basic website administration skills. Special Considerations & Requirements: • A company laptop will be provided during training. After completion, the employee must have their own laptop or computer. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has experience in construction administration, and is comfortable handling compliance and payroll processes.
