Maintenance Technician – Mechanical

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician – Mechanical (Trainable) in San Diego, CA for a temporary opportunity working a day shift, Monday through Friday. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with industrial or maintenance experience who are eager to learn shipboard preventative maintenance, PMS, and MRC tasks in a naval shipyard environment. Responsibilities: • Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections • Learn and perform PMS (Planned Maintenance System) and MRC tasks under supervision • Support mechanical systems maintenance and general shipboard operations • Follow Navy, shipyard, and OSHA safety procedures at all times • Work closely with team members to complete assigned maintenance tasks Requirements: • Mechanical or industrial maintenance experience preferred • Prior shipyard or maritime experience is a plus • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude • Ability to work in a physically demanding, hands-on environment • Ability to pass a background check Additional Perk: Access to our Employee Discount Program – Save on hotels, restaurants, theme parks, movie tickets, and more.
