We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Coordinator to support transportation and logistics operations in Victorville, CA. This role is focused on rail shipment tracking, SAP billing support, reporting, and coordination tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Candidates must have strong experience with Excel and SAP in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain setting.

Responsibilities: • Track and monitor railcar shipments using carrier systems, SAP, and internal tools • Process billing, verify invoices, and maintain accurate shipment documentation • Communicate shipment updates, scheduling changes, and service issues with carriers, customers, and internal teams • Support transportation and logistics coordination, including railcar repair tracking and follow-up • Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking data using Excel and internal systems

Requirements: • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting, tracking) • SAP experience related to billing, shipment tracking, or logistics support • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or rail/shipping coordination preferred • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced operations environment • Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners (carriers/customers)
