Looking for part-time cleaners to help with short-term rental cleaning 7 days a week. Designated time frame is usually between 11 AM - 4 PM.

5 to 20+ hours per week.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

• Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by clients or supervisors to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently

• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and address any special requests

• Complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames (usually between 11AM - 4 PM) while maintaining quality standards

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in various environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Reliable transportation to reach different job sites (if applicable)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques

• Good communication skills and professionalism in interactions with clients and team members

• Prior Airbnb or Hotel cleaning experience is a plus

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as needed
