Quality Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and CGMP standards. • Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to FDA regulations. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications. • Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. • Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality management practices and procedures. • Lead project management efforts related to quality improvement initiatives. • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field OR two to three years of experience and/or training specializing in quality control and manufacturing operations. • Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, CGMP practices, and FDA regulations. • Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings. • Proficiency in project management principles and tools. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
