We are seeking a reliable Site Services Technician in the Cedar Rapids / Des Moines, IA area for full-time day shift work, Monday through Sunday. This temp-to-hire position involves traveling to job sites to assist in setting up delivered mobile office units, including stabilizing units, connecting stairs, and hooking up electrical systems. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a working cell phone, and the ability to travel 2–3 days at a time as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup of mobile office units at various job sites

• Stabilize and secure units to ensure safety and compliance

• Connect electrical systems and other utilities as required

• Coordinate with team members to complete installations efficiently

• Perform basic troubleshooting and on-site adjustments as needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (MVR)

• Ability to travel 2–3 days at a time when required

• Working cell phone for communication and coordination

• Strong physical stamina and ability to handle on-site tasks

• Reliable and punctual with good teamwork skills

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
