We are looking for a couple of additions to our Irrigation Team. We install and service residential and commercial properties in Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas. Several homeowners in Fort Wayne also own properties on the lakes toward Angola, which we service as well.

General labor for irrigation installation and repairs. Room for growth. Full-time. Paid Weekly. Starts at $18 per hour.

General Labor Requirements:

• Ability to use shovels, rakes, picks, and other hand tools.

• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

• Outdoor work gear for all types of weather (boots, coveralls, rain coat, hat, gloves, kneepads etc.)

• Work well with other team members to install systems in a timely and professional manner.

• Must be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Positive attitude.

• Valid driver's license required. Must have a clean record.

Irrigation Technician for spring Start-Up, Controller Programming, annual testing on Backflow Prevention Devices, and Winterization. Full-time. Paid Weekly. Starts at $20 per hour. Truck, fuel, tools/equipment, tablet and phone will be provided for technicians.

Technician Duties:

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair existing automatic underground irrigation systems

• Utilize app-based software to maintain time and work history records for each property

• Manage parts inventory on truck to minimize trips between suppliers, shop, and job sites

• Maintain/keep track of personal and/or company provided equipment (tools, machinery, vehicles)

• Make suggestions on system or component updates/upgrades where applicable

• Maintain clean/safe job site, ensure client landscape and property is not damaged

• Work independently while maintaining communication with team and supervisor

• Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, be respectful of their property and time

Technician Requirements:

• Clean and valid Driver’s License (must be acceptable to add to our insurance policy)

• Backflow Tester License is a plus, but not required. We will send you to a class to become certified.

• Ability to navigate a variety of irrigation apps on phone and/or tablet

• Outdoor work gear for all types of weather (boots, coveralls, rain coat, hat, gloves, kneepads etc.)

• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
