Job Description:

This is a critical, customer-facing position serving as the primary point of contact for executive administrative teams, including C-suite executives. Responsibilities include event planning, conference room setup, coordination of special events, space management and relocations, reporting, and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-visibility environment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as they will be moving tables, chairs, boxes, etc. Parking is provided.
