Cafeteria Supervisor

The LE Phillips Career Development Center is committed to providing meaningful and appropriate vocational services and employment opportunities to individuals who are disabled or disadvantaged.We currently have an opportunity for an individual to work as a Supervisor/Manager in our Cafeteria and Catering business. Responsibilities include providing training and on-site support to clients who work in our kitchen, coordinating and preparing for catering events (including but not limited to customer service, pricing, menu planning, food preparation, delivery/set-up and quality control), all aspects of managing the on-site cafeteria including but not limited to ordering, menu planning, food prep, safety and sanitation, clean up, etc.This is a full time position; the hours are 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM Monday - Friday. Salary is based on experience.All applicants must have excellent communication skills, be able to work cooperatively with others and have some experience working with individuals with disabilities. One year of Cafeteria management, food service and/or catering supervision or management experience required.
