We are looking for a motivated individual for a full-time position. The position encompasses multiple aspects of real estate investment. Requirements
College degree preferred, but not required (some college is required) Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) and Google Workspace Strong organizational skills are a must Excellent communication skills Ability to learn new skills Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Ability to use hand tools Ability to do light maintenance and repairs Experience in maintenance or property management is a plus, but not required Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date Create spreadsheets and organize large amounts of data Create lists, including photo lists Write letters and reports Make light repairs and perform daily maintenance tasks * Light painting This position includes both office work and work in the field. No experience is necessary, but applicants should be well-rounded and have the ability to complete the tasks listed above.
