Duties • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base within assigned territories • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships • Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities and coverage efficiency • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring profitability • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts

Requirements • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse clients • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer information • Knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and inside/outside sales processes • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and perform analysis to identify client needs • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development, cold calling, and direct sales efforts • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, follow-ups, and territory planning
