Join a dynamic and innovative team where you'll play a pivotal role in developing sourcing strategies for advanced electronic and mechanical components. In this exciting position, you'll collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations, and suppliers to achieve cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and support the creation of cutting-edge products.
Your Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing strategies for electronics, RF modules, PCBs, and mechanical components. • Establish and maintain robust global supplier partnerships. • Drive negotiations, manage contracts, and spearhead cost optimization initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and production. • Mitigate supply chain risks and enhance performance metrics.
What We Seek: • 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing. • Strong technical understanding of electronic components and supply chains. • Demonstrated negotiation and supplier management expertise. • Data-driven mindset with experience in ERP/MRP systems. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence key decisions.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and more.
