Job Description
Join a leading manufacturing company as a Manufacturing Production Specialist. In this role, you will contribute to the production department by supporting various teams. We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, exceptional teamwork abilities, and a proactive attitude that aligns with our organizational values.
Location: Mehoopany, PA
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour Shifts: 12 hours Days or Nights on a 2-2-3 rotation
Key Responsibilities: • Execute manual production tasks, including packet placing, repacking, case stacking, pack-off, and final product inspections. • Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow. • Follow safety protocols and keep a tidy work environment.
Qualifications: • No prior experience needed; however, experience in a production environment is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities; must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
