Now Hiring: Pilates Teacher - ALL LEVELS (RRJ)

Join our team as a Pilates Instructor. Immediate Openings! Help create an energizing, supportive environment where participants can build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their wellness goals. In this role, you’ll lead engaging Pilates sessions for individuals of varying fitness levels, fostering a positive and inclusive class experience. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits. Pay: $21.86/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short-Term Disability Key Responsibilities: • Design and lead safe, effective Pilates classes, incorporating proper technique, alignment, and breathwork • Create engaging class sequences tailored to participants of all experience levels • Ensure participant safety by monitoring form, providing modifications, and responding to any issues or emergencies • Offer individualized instruction and feedback to support client progress and confidence • Maintain studio equipment and ensure proper, safe usage • Encourage participation through community outreach and member engagement • Track attendance, complete reports, and maintain accurate program records • Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications & Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED required • Pilates certification required (Mat and/or Reformer, depending on class format) • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) • Minimum of six (6) months of Pilates instruction, fitness training, or related teaching experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed Why Join Us?
