Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 Schedule: Full-Time Location: Manufacturing/Production Environment
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to production specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop technical skills and grow within a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any equipment or quality issues to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
