Solution Architect - Apriso MES

Location: Remote (United States)

About the Role:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Apriso-based MES solutions. You'll provide technical leadership, define architectural designs, and ensure successful implementation of innovative solutions. Your expertise will drive efficiency, quality, and overall business success.

Responsibilities:

* Define, design, and implement Apriso-based MES solutions.

* Set expectations, provide insights, and create prototypes and specifications.

* Develop architectural designs that form the foundation for implementation.

* Architect solutions using best business practices with the Apriso Software suite.

* Create conceptual designs, process definitions, and functional business blueprints.

* Develop and implement processes for evaluating and applying best practices.

* Perform handover of blueprints to project/delivery managers.

* Create technical designs based on functional specifications.

* Promote reusable solutions and time-to-value.

* Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to partners and customers.

* Assist project managers with pre-sales activities and questions.

* Help package solutions for vertical industries.

* Lead internal process improvement for Apriso business practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)

* Master's degree in a related field (preferred)

* Experience implementing MES software for key modules (production, quality, warehouse)

* Understanding of Apriso data model and process builder framework

* Knowledge of material management and replenishment strategies

* Working knowledge of project management and presentation software

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain/LES/MES/ERP/Automation roles

* Minimum 8 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry

* Programming background with C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, and web-based technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* SAP or Oracle applications experience

* Experience using Biztalk Server or SAP Business Connector

* Business Process Certifications (APICS, CPIM)

* Strategic Program Certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt)

* Understanding of RF and RFID technologies
