Qualifications: • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Valid SLP license for the state • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF-supervision eligible • Experience in elementary school settings, particularly with K-5 students, strongly preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities: • Assess and identify students speech, language, and communication needs within elementary grade levels • Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals • Provide ongoing direct therapy for students, both in individual and group settings • Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress • Maintain accurate records, track interventions, and complete required documentation in a timely manner • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review and update student progress throughout the school year
