Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and performance insights across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care functions. This role serves as the central point of alignment across revenue-generating teams, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
You will play a key role in building dashboards, optimizing processes, and enabling leadership with clear visibility into performance across the entire customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and automated reports across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care • Define and standardize KPIs across the full revenue lifecycle (lead generation to customer retention) • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer trends to identify actionable insights • Deliver ad hoc analyses on conversion rates, lead quality, and operational performance
CRM & Data Management • Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and data integrity • Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis • Partner with technical teams to improve data pipelines and integrations across systems • Maintain clear documentation of reporting logic, data definitions, and business rules
Team Leadership & Collaboration • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality output and professional development • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance • Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
Process Optimization • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in revenue processes and recommend data-driven improvements • Support campaign planning with historical data and performance forecasts • Ensure all analytics and reporting align with compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications Required • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports • Strong expertise in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data management) • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) • Experience with sales pipeline analytics and marketing performance reporting • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Preferred • Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services industries • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) • Exposure to call center analytics, lead routing, or customer experience reporting
