Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Technology Business Services Consultant to support critical print, mail, and output operations within Operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Analyst who understands end-to-end output delivery, reconciliation and controls, and operational risk—not just requirements documentation.
This consultant will partner closely with Operations, Technology, Vendors, and Risk/Audit stakeholders to ensure high‑volume communications (statements, notices, letters, checks) are delivered accurately, compliantly, and with strong control integrity.
This is not a generic IT or Agile BA role. Deep domain knowledge in print/output services and operational reconciliation is required
Required Skills & Experience - Domain Expertise (Non-Negotiable) • Proven experience in print, mail, or output services in a high-volume environment • Strong understanding of delivery, reconciliation, and operational controls • Familiarity with print stream formats (AFP, PDF, XML, PCL) • Experience with mail tracking, reprints, exception handling, and SLAs
Reconciliation & Controls • Hands-on experience with document/file-level reconciliation • Knowledge of control totals, audit trails, and SOX-related controls • Ability to design and document reconciliation logic and break-resolution workflows
Technical & Data Skills • SQL (read-level minimum) • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliation modeling) • Comfort validating data consistency across multiple systems
Business Analysis Experience • Senior-level BA experience supporting Operations or regulated environments • Strong documentation, process mapping, and requirements writing skills • Experience capturing exception flows and control requirements
Preferred / Nice-to-Have • MRDF (Mail Run Data File) experience (strong plus; submit immediately if present) • Financial services or regulated industry experience • Experience with automated reconciliation or operational dashboards • Background with vendor-managed print services
