Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Ambassadors to support election operations during a critical election cycle. This role involves ensuring compliance with election guidelines, maintaining a professional and nonpartisan presence, and supporting observers while documenting any prohibited activities. This is a temporary assignment running from May 11 through June 19, requiring full availability throughout the election period.

Key Responsibilities • Escort authorized observers within designated areas • Monitor and document any prohibited behavior in accordance with county policies • Maintain a professional, neutral, and nonpartisan demeanor at all times • Accurately complete reports and documentation as required • Support election operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment • Make sound, informed decisions while adhering to established procedures Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to remain professional, impartial, and nonpartisan • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make educated decisions and meet deadlines • Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Schedule & Availability Requirements / Other information • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour • Must be available to work from May 11 through June 19 with limited time off • Typical shifts are 8–10 hours, with potential for overtime • Must be available to work weekends and flexible schedules • Must be able to work extended hours on key dates, especially Election Day Additional Requirements • Ability to adhere strictly to scheduling requirements throughout the contract period • Must pass a background check and drug screening • Must comply with all county policies and procedures
