Job Description
Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st Shift Stent Former in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Position Overview: This position is responsible for the forming of medical device components using manual labor in conjunctions with various machines. Position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.
Duties & Responsibilities: • Form parts with 10lbs of force. • Follow work instructions. • Read/Fill out routers steps and Identification labels. • Set-up and adjust equipment to specifications. • Demonstrate good housekeeping skills. • Adhere to safety guidelines. • Be aware of the department's quality goals and workmanship. Requirements: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Microscope skills experience. • The use of micrometers, gauges and calipers. • Basic computer skills. • Able to read and write in English. • Must be reliable and responsible.
