Available Schedules: • Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (5:30 AM - 4:30 PM) + Saturday (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM) • Option 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (5:30 AM - 4:30 PM) + Saturday (5:30 AM - 1:30 PM) Position Summary

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Door Watch / Access Control Monitors to support site safety and compliance. This role is responsible for controlling access to restricted or hazardous areas by monitoring designated entry points and ensuring all personnel follow established protocols.

Key Responsibilities • Monitor assigned entry points and control access to restricted areas • Enforce safety protocols and site procedures at all times • Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted or hazardous areas • Communicate clearly with employees, contractors, and visitors regarding access rules • Explain safety restrictions related to ongoing work (cleaning, maintenance, hazards, etc.) • Report any violations of site protocols or attempts to bypass access restrictions • Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times • Support overall workplace safety and compliance efforts Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Ability to follow instructions and enforce rules consistently Preferred Qualifications • Experience in security, access control, janitorial, facilities, or construction environments • Previous experience working in industrial or safety-sensitive environments Physical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Occasional walking and light movement as needed • Ability to work in indoor and/or outdoor environments • Ability to lift up to 10-20 lbs as needed Additional Information • Must follow all safety guidelines and site protocols • May be required to wear PPE depending on work environment • Strong situational awareness and professionalism are key to success in this role COM156
