Job: Data Entry Technician Location: Kingston, NY Pay: $20-25/hour BOE Job Type: Full Time, Temp with potential to become permanent Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Technician in Kingston, NY. This full-time temporary position offers the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, eager to learn, and enjoys working with data in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities • Enter new product information into the company database, including descriptions, pricing, categories, and other product details. • Maintain and update existing database records, including product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information. • Create new inventory locations and accurately process inventory changes and movements within the database. • Assist the Inventory Control Supervisor (ICS) with daily data entry tasks and special projects. • Generate and maintain accurate records while ensuring data integrity. • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in all database updates.

Qualifications • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred. • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs. • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn new processes. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
