Job Description
This Home Health travel nurse position in Lafayette, Louisiana, with Advantis Medical is a 12-week Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) contract at LHC Group. This role pays $2,071 per week and follows a Variable shift with a 3x12 schedule.
In this Home Health travel nursing role, you will provide patient care in a hospital setting, assess and monitor patient conditions, support urgent interventions, document care accurately, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team during fast-moving patient situations.
