Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and assignments of the clinical team based on physician orders and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience
Associates degree in a related area preferred
Current Colorado LPN license preferred
At least three (3) years of home health operations experience preferred
