Assembly Team Member

Join our team as an Assembly Team Member and help build high-quality trailers in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble quality trailers efficiently and accurately in a production setting

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and tools

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Arrive on time to support production goals and team success

• Safely operate power tools and assembly line equipment

• Read and follow work orders and instructions

• Complete quality checks and final inspection sheets

• Perform daily equipment inspections before shift start

• Assist with trailer assembly tasks such as axles, wiring, decking, and inspections

• Support other production areas as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds safely

• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with possible overtime

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, vibration, and airborne particles

• Noise levels may be loud

• Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and other physical activity throughout the shift
