Cold Storage Order Picker

San Antonio, TX $15.00/hr regular pay and $22.50/hr for overtime hours (any hours worked over 40 hours). Fair Chance Opportunities

Shift: Multiple schedules: Sunday - Thursday 7am - finished production Saturday - Wednesday 6am - finished production 1st Shift only but the option to switch to a 2nd Shift when available in a few weeks. This position requires working in refrigerated and freezer environments while handling food or warehouse inventory in a physically demanding setting. Responsibilities may include picking customer orders, stacking pallets, shrink wrapping products, labeling shipments, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining organized work areas. Employees must work efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and following all company safety and warehouse procedures.
